An Italian variety we have fallen in love with - crisp, dry, and stunning fruit in the glass. We see a little pear, quince, & melon supported by lingering acidity.
"Mountain-fresh all the way with an almost alpine-clean aroma. Intoxicating stuff. The grape of Soave is feeling very much at home here in bracing but gentle notes of melon, peach, citrus with chervil herbals and hints of fresh almond. Acidity is keen, so too a warm embrace of smooth creaminess."
