Aligoté, the 'other' white wine from Burgundy. We grafted around 2015 becoming one of only 3 vineyards growing the variety at the time. Today, we have the largest planting and the majority of Aligotés made in Australia come from our vineyard. We love it for its brightness and pear fruits and the way it can take on a little golden hue in the vineyard.
Beautifully bright with citrus and pear notes. Wild fermented in a mix of clay egg and old oak.
