We send orders with Aramex and sometimes Australia Post if required by location. Please note Aramex cannot deliver to parcel lockers or PO boxes. If you need to arrange delivery to a parcel locker please contact us via orders@darlingestate.com.au.
Orders have tracking and the courier will leave in a safe place if able to do so. If you require signature on delivery please contact us via hello@darlingestate.com.au.
We aim to process all orders within 3 business days but please keep in mind we're a small family business and every now and then this may take longer. Orders go out Monday - Thursday (we don't send on Fridays as they will sit in the courier's warehouse all weekend).
