The 'top block' was planted by our Grandad with a number of Bordeaux varieties. Each year we do it a bit differently. 2023 called us to make a Cabernet Sauvignon and the result is a deliciously fruit driven wine showing off what this variety can do on our vineyard.
Fermented with wild yeast and aged in old French barriques.
